BEER.

UKRAINE.

A brewery with something to say.
And people worth raising a glass to.

BORN IN LVIV

A CITY.
A BREWERY.
A VOICE.

Our story starts on Lviv’s historic central square, with a simple idea: make great beer, and give it something to say.

Founded in 2014, Pravda grew from a brewery in the heart of the city into an internationally awarded Ukrainian craft brewery. Our name means “Truth.” It has always been a good place to start.

You can see that spirit on our labels: outspoken, irreverent and unafraid to challenge those in power. Behind the artwork is the same independence in the brewhouse — curiosity, care and the freedom to make beer our own way.

GOOD BEER.
MANY HANDS.

Taking samples. Preparing fruit. Working the barrels. Moving the next batch. This is Pravda: real people, making something they believe in.

THE BREWERY BECAME PART OF THE RESISTANCE

TRUTH HAS
A BACKBONE.

When Russia launched its full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the work inside our brewery changed overnight.

For a time, beer production gave way to making Molotov cocktails. Our team used the now-famous Putin Huylo bottles — outspoken labels that suddenly carried a very different message.

The images travelled around the world. Behind them were people doing what they could for their country, with the skills and materials they had.

Our name had always meant truth. Now we needed the world to hear it.

RECIPES SHARED. SOLIDARITY BREWED.

ONE CALL.
A WORLD
OF BREWERS.

We opened our recipes and label artwork to the world, and invited other breweries to make Pravda beers and raise money for Ukraine.

Brew for Ukraine gave the international brewing community a way to turn its craft into practical help. Brewhouses far from Lviv became places to share our story, bring people together and support Ukrainians facing the war.

FROM THE BREWERY TO THE FRONT

THE PEOPLE
BEHIND
THE PURPOSE.

The people we support include the people we used to work beside every day.

Our head brewer, Sasha, our warehouse manager, Volodya, and other colleagues have gone from making and delivering beer to serving at the front.

They are our friends and coworkers. That is why this work stays close to home, even when the beer travels far beyond it.

STILL HERE.
STILL BREWING.
STILL HELPING.

Support becomes something practical: a vehicle, thermal imaging equipment, essential supplies for people at the front.

Fundraising has helped provide that equipment, while the team at home keeps the brewery working. Brewing, bottling and delivering beer keeps jobs alive and gives our people a way to keep building a future in Ukraine.

Every new audience matters. Every bar, festival and gathering that serves Ukrainian beer helps keep our craft — and our story — moving.

BRINGING PEOPLE TOGETHER

A BEER.
A CONVERSATION.
A CONNECTION.

A glass of Ukrainian beer can be the beginning of a conversation.

Serving Pravda outside Ukraine helps keep people employed in Lviv and brings our beer to new audiences. Gatherings around that beer can also give people a way to help those affected by the war, including the animals left vulnerable by it.

For a brewery whose colleagues are serving at the front, those connections matter. They keep Ukraine in the conversation and remind our team that people beyond our borders still care.

BUDMO! / HERE’S TO BEING TOGETHER.
